- Bullens dedicated Patient Care Team place a call direct to the patient
- They conduct a stock take with them, ahead of their prescription due date, and then generate a repeat prescription (if required) only up to the quantity previously agreed at the point of referral from hospital or continence team
Our prescription process is therefore based on the most up to date information direct from the patient themselves – not just an automated repeat of the previous months order. This process is repeated before each prescription due date for the length of the patient relationship, providing both a personal approach to their care and creating valuable information and data for Healthcare bodies and professionals alike.
