Reassurance for customers worried about Coronavirus (COVID-19) affecting their deliveries
We are closely monitoring the advice from the Government, Public Health England and the NHS and have strong contingency plans in place to manage any impacts from Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our senior team are working with our suppliers and partners to ensure that all of our customers continue to receive the products and medication they need when they need them. Our customers do not need to take any action regarding their deliveries and do not need to increase their orders.
The situation is under constant review. Should advice change, we will communicate this to our patients promptly
