They will call you every month for your monthly support ‘check-in’ and you will speak to the same person, who you can really get to know, every time. We will speak with you for as long as you need, whenever you need.

How our service works
Stock and well-being “check-in”
Your dedicated personal advisor will call or email you on a pre-arranged date for your monthly support “check-in” and to complete a stock check with you and take your order for your stoma/urology/wound care products and medication.
We confirm your requirements
Your personal advisor will confirm your requirements and confirm a delivery date. We will then contact your GP directly to get your prescription. Where this is not possible you will need to request the prescription yourself. Once your prescription is received we will pick and pack your order ready for dispatch.
Your products and medications will be delivered efficiently and discreetly direct to your door or your chosen destination. No fuss, just simply a great service.
