How does our home delivery service work?

STEP 1:
Stock and well-being “check-in”

Every month your dedicated personal advisor will call or email you on a pre-arranged date for your monthly wellbeing “check-in” and to complete a stock check with you and take your order for stoma/urology products and medication.

STEP 2:
We confirm your requirements

Your personal advisor will confirm your requirements and confirm a delivery date. We will then contact your GP directly to get your prescription. Where this is not possible you will need to request the prescription yourself. Once your prescription is received we will pick and pack your order ready for dispatch.

STEP 3:
We deliver

Your products and medications will be delivered efficiently and discreetly direct to your door or your chosen destination. No fuss, just simply a great service.

With access to any make of stoma bag, any stoma product from any manufacturer your choice is not limited. We can supply the products that are right for your stoma. That means no embarrassing leaks, odour or skin irritation caused by poor fitting stoma bags. Just a perfect fitting bag that means you can get on with doing all the things you enjoy.
