Liverpool River of Light
We held a competition for our Contact Centre and Warehouse employees. Everyday for two weeks the top performers of the day had their names go into a draw and then 9 names were drawn with each person winning two tickets for the Mersey Ferry river cruise on Sunday 3rd November, which was the start of the Liverpool River of Light Celebrations.
The Mersey Ferry is iconic as it is, with a well known song about it (don’t start singing it or it’ll get stuck in your head!) and the river cruise saw the ferry moor in the middle of the Mersey for a fantastic view of the firework display.
The weather was perfect, after a very wet Saturday, Sunday was bright and clear, and the fireworks looked amazing set against the night sky, and the iconic Liverpool skyline.
Well done to all the winners: Adriana, Anita, Cara, Sonia and Matthew from the Contact Centre, and Dan, Jan, Salada and Yvette from the Warehouse. And of course a huge thank you to Bullens for such a fantastic prize!

Me and my family, we love fireworks, we have a tradition in our country – fireworks, loads of fireworks on New Years Eve. So when I found out that I won the contest I was very happy and excited. I went with my 3 year old and we loved the view and having a trip with the ship. My son loves water, things that go and fireworks and we were delighted to have this both together. Very thankful to Bullen Healthcare as we had a lovely time together. Adriana
