It was a cold day in February when 24 members of the SIA and Outreach teams descended on Liverpool to get to know us a bit better and to learn about SIA Healthcare.
It was a top secret mission, as we were yet to launch the service, which made it all the more exciting! The days went well – lots of discussions, focus groups and planning and by the end of the two days we really did feel as though we had worked together for years.
It was such an exciting time as we were only weeks away from launching what has become an innovative home delivery service for spinal cord injured people.
