Join the Bullen family

Welcome to Bullen Healthcare, we'd love to have you join our team!

We are a fourth generation, family owned business with our Head Office in the heart of Liverpool's old docks. We have branches across the country including Glasgow, Bristol, Ipswich, London, Manchester and Nottingham to name a few.

We are one of the few independent home delivery companies for stoma, urology and woundcare products. We are proud of our independence, as this means we can offer our customers the products they need, when they need them.

Careers at Bullen Healthcare

Careers at Bullens are varied and interesting. From direct customer facing roles in our Contact Centre, to prescription redeeming and chasing. Finance and IT, Marketing, External Sales who deal with NHS clinicians, and our Clinical team, to our warehouse team and our dedicated Bullen drivers.

Whatever your interest you are sure to find a rewarding and fulfilling career here at Bullens.

Personal Customer Advisor

Our Personal Customer Advisors are a key part of our business. Each advisor has a dedicated diary of customers that they speak to every month. Checking in with them that everything is going well, finding out about the ups and downs of life, and then placing their monthly orders.

"I go home each night thinking that I am doing something that genuinely is making a difference to peoples lives. I really enjoying speaking to the customers in my diary, they are all lovely and always happy to speak to you."

Clincial Nurse Advisor

The Clinical Nurse Advisors are specialists in urology/continence nursing or stoma care. They provide advice and support to our customers and work alongside their NHS colleagues to support patients in the community.

"We have the extra time to spend with patients and they've got a direct contact with us. We're there to support our customers but also to support all healthcare practitioners in the community."

Warehouse Operative

Our Warehouse team are the workhorse of the business. Whether it's booking in deliveries of stock, picking and packing orders for our customers, or customising stoma bags, our warehouse team do it day in day out, and with a smile on their face and a cheery greeting.

"If you are considering working at Bullens you have to be prepared to put effort in. The work that's going out, is someone's life.  They need their products, so you have to make sure that you are on point every time."

Still not sure? See what Lorraine has to say

Lorraine was well known to everyone at our Head Office in Liverpool as she used to visit every day with the Sandwich van. Lorraine made the decision in the summer of 2020 to swap selling sandwiches, to become one of our dedicated Bullen drivers.

“I just happened to be talking to Richie the warehouse manager while I was doing my usual rounds, and out of the blue he asked me if I would consider coming to work at Bullen as a driver,” said Lorraine.
“As well as knowing how important their service is to their customers, the fact that Bullen is an essential service and remained open during the lockdown was a key factor in my decision to join them.”
